Hello everyone,

Congratulations on the great forum. I have a question that i could not find the answer myself.

i want to fit a 540 Motor on the M18 Pro.

This is the set i already have:

http://www.amerang.co.uk/index.php?rout ... t_id=16091

These are the motor specifications:

http://www.amerang.co.uk/ibl36-39-540c-brushless-motor

Can this motor fit on M18 Pro?
If not, could you please suggest me an alternative motor that fits with this ESC?

Thanks in advance

Everything can be made to fit , they have done it in a HPI MRS4 but due the belt drive it keeps a lot os space left for batteries which can power the thing, in a M18 you can always try to fit the motor but there is no space left for decent batteries.

The most simple way is to get a Mamba 25 set, if you want real speed the 8kv version with a 3S LiPo battery is the way to go to drive 70mph

370 should fit, the only thing is you will need 1/10th 48 pitch imperial (i.e. standard 48 pitch - not Tamiya) pinions with the larger shaft size. Slightly overkill in my opinion though that will probably make the car act a bit funny with the weight difference side to side.
