Is there an estimated time when RC America will be shipping parts and kits?

I will try to get a date. I know it must be sometimes around this day.

Any idea when the kits and parts will be available. I have been waiting for over a month and I need a kit soon.

After a phone call, the status is that the goods are being for longer time hold by customs because of the huge size of the shipment where each item needs to be classified. The latest information is that if everything will run smoothly with the customs, the whole shipment will be released end of this week or early next week.
From this point on the regular scheduled shipments to stock XrayUSA will ensure that there will be no shortages. Make sure your locall hobby dealer has been in contact with XrayUSA and has opened an account to receive all the latest products. In the case you will face problems to find any parts, just email XrayUSA at xray@rcamerica.com who will advise you where to purchase the products nearest. You will be excited about the new level of customer service and support, guarantee!

Tell me about it. Found a place that has them in stock if you don't mind paying like over $500. They're in the Netherlands,http://shop.the-border.nl/customer/home.php. I've ordered from them before when they were starting up, prices used to reasonable, now "Forget About It".

Things do not change from night to morning. Such complex and demanding task like building solely dedicated Xray USA distribution center requires HUGE amount of effort, involvment and resources. If there are any shortages, believe me they are short term. Once the Xray USA gets the shipment in warehouse, you will be fascinated about the service level, tech support and customer support. Just give it a chance and hold a bit please. Rome was not build in a day

Mario - But we all wish it was. I can't represent Korgae till I get mine. Customs unfortunately is one of those things you have no control over. All you can do is offer any information they request. Thanks for the update.

Hi, what I was talking about wasn't the buggy it was the Factory Kit touring car. Kt hobies has it for $309.00 and they ship everywhere. I know the offroad buggy is priced much higher and it is the nicest buggy I have seen. Wish I raced offroad.

well after a quick call to rcamerica i found out that they are still waiting on the shipment from customs and they will know when they are getting it tomorrow or friday. so probably my guess is two weeks or so till we see anything. this sucks. if its not here in 4 weeks im getting an MBX-5.

pbfoot: The buggy is everything they say it is. If you get the Mugen and then see the XRay, you will wish you had waited.

RC America cannot control customs.

Everyone has to be patient. However, updates and an announcement once they have product inhouse would be nice.

Although.....I do believe the people who have been waiting for new kits should at least get a coupon for a free T-Shirt
