Anyone know if any online hobby shops have the parts yet? My LHS can't do the $1000.00 order yet because its the slow season. Is hobbytown or horizon gonna have the parts? I would like to get parts by the 29th? Need spares of things. Luckily I have not broken anything yet!! Driving to a big race on the 29th. Hate to be so far away from home without spare parts!! Thanks
John

Last time I worked, Horizon had the XB8 listed on the LHS interface but they had no pricing and no information. Based on the fact they carried X-Ray in the past, I think its a possibility they'll continue to carry their stuff but its hard to say wtih the existance of RC America.

As for parts, I don't think any LHS's in North America have them yet since they crates were just released on 10/18. I spoke with some people at work a few days ago and from what RCA told them, they're expecting the shipment of XB8's along with a few spares at the end of this week. If this is infact the case, hobby shops will have parts next week.

I heard that some stuff went out on Friday and Saturday. I would check the online Hobby stores next week for what you need. Horizon is a little pricey over some of the other stores I've seen. I would try Stormer Hobbies, Speedtech and Kt Hobbies. All are great shops and great prices.

Horizon doesn't have a new contract with RCA, at least hte last i heard they still didn't, they had a deal with serpent, and since they no longer sell throguh serpent, horizon can't get anything new, unless they set up a new deal with RCA,
