do you actually need to bother with a failsafe on these models, as they are only going about 30mph?

if so, any recommendations as this is my first nitro powered

cheers.

A failsafe and throttle return spring are a couple of methods of cheap insurance for your rc cars to prevent runaways.

dude can you run 30 mph and catch it before it either hits a tree flat out or runs out on to the road and a proper car squashes it under its wheel (got the tee shirt me) they are a must .my fist ever model got gathered up in a plastic bag .if your stuck for the space change to 2.4ghz
