Hello All,
I’m very happy with my NT1-2011 spec. At the moment I’m using the standard XCA clutch with white clutch shoe. I’m running a Novarossi N12T1 engine with a Hipex Low Nois exhaust system.
I have a few questions regarding the standard white #338574 clutch, the yellow #338577 and red #338578 clutch shoes:
- What’s exactly the difference between these clutch shoes?
- When, under what circumstances should you use the white yellow or red clutch shoe?

Thanks for your input :)

White is soft, yellow is medium, and red is hard.

The higher the grip of the track, the harder the clutch shoe. In most conditions we use the yellow clutch shoe as we can set-up the clutch with no slip and still with very good bottom end torque. The white is only good for very low grip or rain condition.
