You have wrong information, HUDY did not make any design for 720. Mr Hudy did design several high performance parts for Serpent 1/8 cars in the past as well manufactured many parts but mainly for 1/8 cars. But there are no parts on 720 manufactured by HUDY.

Mr Mario, why Mr Hudy choose to build 1/10 onroad not 1/8th onroad?

Well, seeing as how Jilles is registered to race at the winternats in 1/10, I'd say Jilles will be driving.
I guess that also explains the sudden interest by Jilles in driving nitro the past year when he drove at the euro's in Heemstede en the worlds in Brisbane.

I think 2 reasons:

1) It is close to a 10th scale electric which Xray has all the knowledge and maybe in a 1st stadium exchangeable parts.
2) It has a wider public.

But we have a saying: what isn't there can come later....

Roelof:
1. Disagreed. Mr Hudy already built hand made gas car in past.
2. Agreed.

Hi Mario,

Can you give us any indication on how long before we will see any CAD images or High Res pictures of the car.

I can get a good deal on the MTX4 now for the new season, having the chance to look at CAD images now of the NT1 will help decide if it's worth waiting.

Mark

On the 2nd pic by the position of the airfilter this car seems a shaft driven car.

In the first images shown on RCTech it can be seen that the car is a 3 belt design with oil filled diffs. The car appears to be similar to the current cars out there.

Yes I know....
But look how the airfilter is placed, on the pic determed by angle and how it is placed in front of the coolinghead it seems the motor is placed as in a shaft driven car.
