 Post subject: Great Problem with Shock Rebound !

Hello, im new here in the Forum !

I have buy a NEW Xray NT1 2012 Specs with the Alu Shocks.
Now, i have the Problem i can't adjustet the Rebound !
Already have tried every art to adjust the Rebound. But not works fine !
Does anyone have a tip or can someone help me ??

Hi Patrick,

you should try to set the rebound by opening the bottom of the shock. Always take care that the bottom then shows upwards to not get air inside. Unscrew the bottom cap for about three turns until the O-ring can move inside, then push the shaft down almost completely and tighten the bottom cap again. Repead this until you have the desired rebound.

On these shocks, also on the T series, you have a different amount of oil inside depending whether you close the top cap fast or not. It could happen that a shock then feels harder to push in than another one but nevertheless has already less rebound. The composite shock cap with the hole makes things even worse IMO.
