Hi, congrats on the T4'14, great car :)

Could we please have the latest setup sheet made available online here so people can fill it out correctly.
Could we also have a button to 'un-check' all the boxes for the model of car when doing a setup search, as we usually only need to search for one type of car at a time.

Thanks
Skiddins

Don't mind the boxes. Where you can choose to make new setup sheet there's also a search button.. There's a drop down menu for cart choice.

I know what you mean, but not all drivers call the tracks the same name etc, so if I can easily browse all the T4 or T4'14 sheets it would make it a lot easier.

Hello everyone. My name is Marcos.
Thanks for this great forum. Make a difference with other brands.
A question:
When you have planned to publish set-up sheets for t4'14?

Thank you very much

Thanks for this message, it's the only thing that was missing.
The car is superb and easy to handle, good quality.

Thanks

I have nothing but praise for my t4 2013. It has withstood some very big impacts.

Although I did resent having to pay for an optional hard bumper and brace to make sure the front end was kept in good shape.

The marketing of the car was what made me choose XRAY, everything that was new on the 2013 chassis was explained very well. 8)

Can someone explain to me the difference between fitting the graphite front and rear arms and fitting the graphite stiffeners to the standard arms. The manual recommends fitting the graphite arms as they give more traction which begs the question why they are not in the kit in the first place?

The manual does say that, but I know a few (very good) drivers who've tried them on lower grip outdoor UK tracks and had less grip when using them. Others use them all the time indoors and out, so it's a personal preference thing. I believe they're also more brittle so not as strong as the kit wishbones for indoor bashing.

I've just ordered some of the carbon plates so I can bolt them on as the grip comes up over a meeting, since its a lot easier than changing wishbones. The downside is extra weight. I think the effect on handling should be similar.

Hope that helps!

Dale

Hi, new to Xray and struggling a bit with the eccentric bushings and the motor mount flex settings. Neither of things were on my previous cars :) Can someone point me in the right direction for a good explanation of both? Thanks

Hello,
Got a T4 2017 - just an observation. The rear belt I had out of the box has a smooth shiny part that has cracked after about 10 runs, compared to my 2016 T4 kit.

Replaced it already, suggestion for tighter quality control on the parts.

The Xray drivetrain is one of the lightest around, and it’s very hard to shave off weight. When paying attention to the diff, there are 2 areas where you can save weight. The standard screws only weigh 0,9g, but the titanium Hiro Seiko ones I used are slightly lighter at 0,6g.
