I have used Xray chassis since restarting racing again in 2009 with the T2, I now have most chassis as my sons take the older ones as I move on, looking at most of the questions on here recently and my own personal questions Xray need to produce an up to date setup book. The principals are still the same as the T3 but team drivers do things with setup that only leaves questions with club drivers. The team drivers do an amazing job to answer and solve people problems as do the regulars on here with experience.

I used to visit a club that I thought was low traction carpet and so followed the low traction setups on the forum, the truth is the track was medium high and all I was doing was adding chassis roll (lost traction), this is the key info - if your car is loose do you A, stand the shocks up, B etc (I know it will not be definitive but things to try on a list make people happy as the T3 setup book did)
