Later Edit: Never mind. All O-rings in shock collar, including the O-rings I bought all get stuck. The O-ring is coming out of the collar when adjusting them which is why the collar gets horribly stuck.

Ignore what i wrote below.

After buying two different kinds of O-rings to try...the kit O-rings have sorted themselves out. After a few weeks the collars turn fine now. I went to switch them out with different ones and now it seems I do not need to. All collars turn with no problem now.

So, just stick with them and they sort them selves out after a rebuild. Also, when bleeding out of the top cap allow the oil to spill over the collar. All fixed now.

Do you apply some lube to it? I insert the o-ring, then apply a tiny bit of shock oil to the exposed surface of the o-ring, this generally allows it to go on smooth and function freely for the life of the shock.

Hello, i tell you my solution

I cut the o ring into 2, and insert only 1 half to the shock collar.(half circle) Of course also with some shock oil

This way collar moves easily with still enough resistance

Regards

Mustafa
