What pinion gear are you guys running with a stock 84 tooth 48 pitch spur. I am looking to get a 13.5 and a 17.5 540 motors?

it all depends on the race rules and if it's blinky mode
This is the mostly used gear ration that i know in blinky classes
with 13.5T motors - indoor 5.0 gear ratio and outdoor 4.5 gear ratio
with 17.5T motos - indoor 4.5 gear ratio and out door 4.0 gear ratio

You need to calculate the gear ratio:
(spur gear : pinion) x 1.9 = gear ratio

example:
(84 : 32) x 1.9 = 4,99

[1.9 is the inner ration in T4]

Nice, that worked like a charm :)
