The left ebuggy guard does. The right one doesn't.

Ok Thanks a lot. So it is still the best to wait until Xray release the xb8e.

It will be a while. I wish Xray would release a conversion. But they don't. All my xb9e stuff works on the xb8

i would use air compressor.. to remove any dirt.. and the manual says to use small amount of WD40 on the pillow balls.

Prompt please, why do we need Aluminum Shock Cap Nut w / Vent Hole (358054).
That can be adjusted via the vent hole?

Thanks in advance!

As far as I know those are if you prefer to run with foam under your bladder and not with air pressure, this gives less/different rebound, and if you can't drill some holes into the caps yourself.

Thanks for the answer!
I understand correctly:
They allow the use of foam with removed screws to reduce the rebound?
On photos Team Drivers with optional lids never seen without the use of screws. Their use can be helpful?

I didn't know these new caps had screws so I don't know, sorry. I just know some drivers used to drill holes in their caps to work with foam. In the past few years I've used foam too but without holes.

Does anyone going to answer my questions and help me with that please? I'm going to hit the track on saturday with my XB8 2015.

1. Do we have some combinations working together for the rear camber link (shock tower - rear hub)? Or can mess up everything? And also what length i must do for the camber? to have 3 degrees? I don't have a setup port.

2. Some questions here about shock absorbers setup. Anyone having the experience on that ?
a. When to use different shock piston, e.g 6 hole or 10 hole that we have in the kit ?
b. What is the effect of piston hole size?
c. When to use flat piston? Why we don't use flat pistons ?
d. What is the correct way of shocks setup? Choose piston and spring and then adjust for the oil or what?

3. What will be the effect of the spacers on front upper arms? What can achieve by moving the arm forward and backwards?

1. i dont run the 2015 car.. i highly suggest finding a setup on this website.. similar to your track. as well as a camber guage.

2a. more holes, or bigger holes, means softer shocks. softer shocks for more loose/rough track. harder shocks for high grip conditions.. smooth track.
2b. see 2a.
2c. tapered pistons, are another dampening option.. the taper side give softer feel for that direction.. if you put the taper up.. it will have softer feel on the compression stroke of the shock. think of a person jumping in a pool.. in a ball shape, go into water easier.. if they were flat shaped.. not so easy.
2d. this is tough.. but i typically go with stock setup.. and change oil +/- 5-10 first.. but not too much.. if i have to change the oil too much.. then a spring change is usually included.. after that comes the pistons..

3. moving the arm forward.. less caster.. more steering at corner entry. move arms rear.. more caster.. more steering at corner exit.
