Hi,

today I build my T4 '17.
I think it is a very good car.

But I found a mistake.

The holes for the plastic nuts for battery backstop are missing.
In the manual said that the nuts should screwed in the holes for the "flex chassis adjustment"
but the holes of the "flex chassis adjustment" aren't helpful because then the nuts behind the belt have no function. :cry:

I hope you have idea to solve the problem.

Hi Chairman,

sorry for the mistake in the instruction manual. It's going to be shortly corrected.

You can follow the tip shown on page 35 in step one to adjust the battery position.

how do the pro drivers tighten up the battery

I have the graphite adjustable battery holder

I don't like like the option on page 35 I think you change the flex on the chassie

do you use only tape that's stong enough for hold the battery not moving to the front belt
how much tight you put one the battery

thanks

We've been using servo posts screwed to the right layshaft mount, or something like this;

I cut up an old bulkhead (thicker CF) and glued it to the chassis up against the motor plate (used a small spacer to create a slight gap, which I removed after it dried). Works very well.
