I got shops in UK quoting the 29th October as a delivery date....

How can that be ???

Some says 2010, Mario himself says "soon". I am pretty sure soon actually means soon and the end of october is very possible.

Why?

1. Announcing a new car will kill all 009 sales right away.
2. Everything points to that the car is production ready
3. I want one ;-)

T3 has an excellent debut at the ETS in Germany. After the practice day the first 4 positions:
1. Alex Hagberg - XRAY T3
2. Martin Hudy - XRAY T3
3. Freddy Sudhoff - XRAY T3
4. Elliot Harper - XRAY T3

More than a perfect debut.

I don't think the '009 would be converted easily to the T3. I would suspect you'd end up buying the complete T3 to make the conversion. i.e. try converting a T1 to a T2. No conversion kit as the cars are different platforms, hence the change to T3 instead of '010.

Hi WampaRacer if you plan to ran mostly on asphalt get the US version with foam tyre and if you plan running mostly indoor track take the EU version

Here all parts as a xref:

XREF T2'009 & T3

I do not think upgrading is an option. Replacing all bulkheads is very expensive. Better buy a new one.

Mine is ordered :)

Will the LIPO balancing weights still work with the new chassis if the movement of the motor and electrics is still insuficient to balance the car?

Also, will there be new alu steering blocks as direct replacement of the plastic ones, as I find these invaluable indoors?

Sanwa Erg Wrx is good and very strong and fast too.But the price a little bit high but worth it.Im using it for my Ep and Gp car for 2 yrs without problem.Futaba Bls 551 is good too but not as fast as the sanwa.

@colin:
My T3 is perfectly balanced without using any weights.

So no need for the LIPO balancing weights.
